Book Design and Printing

Our work on books for clients has given us experience in cover design, editing, prepress and printing in small and large runs. The projects shown on this page are examples of our work.

A publishing title, an educational edition and a small corporate gift book serve different readers. The cover should introduce the subject and invite the reader in; the inside pages should give text, illustrations and headings a comfortable rhythm. The intended use helps determine the format and visual approach.

Start by sending the manuscript or a sample chapter, estimated length, available images and purpose of the book. Include the preferred format, colour requirements, quantity and deadline. Tell us whether the text is final or editorial work is still needed: changes after typesetting can affect the page count and preparation.

The cover, inside pages and technical specification are agreed before printing. If you also need a digital edition, we discuss how readers will receive and use it. A brochure introducing the publication can support its launch, while a book celebrating an employee’s contribution can form part of a personal gift set.
